Introduction:
The layout of the document is as follows: A4 format, 2.5cm margins, justified text, single-spaced, Times New Roman 12 in Word for PC 2003, no pdf document. The format of tables, figures and bibliographical references is indicated below.
The text of the paper itself should not exceed 5 pages (short format), Times New Roman 12, single-spaced, margin 2.5, excluding the title page, bibliographical references and appendices.
Tables and figures must be inserted in the text.


1. Body text, level 1 headings
The headings of the main paragraphs (level 1) are in Times New Roman
12, bold, single-spaced, justified, no indentation, no spaces before or after the heading, skip a line before the heading.

1.1. Level 2 paragraph
Level 2 paragraph headings should be in Times New Roman
12, bold, single-spaced, justified, no indentation, no space before or after, skip one line before the paragraph heading, do not skip a line after.
Avoid level 3 paragraphs.


1.2 Figures and tables

Figures and tables are inserted into the text and numbered. The titles of tables and figures are placed below the table or figure. Headings should be in Times New Roman 12, single-spaced, bold, centred.
Skip a line before the table/figure, do not skip a line between the table/figure and its title, skip a line after the table/figure.

1.3.  References in the text
The names of the authors (in lower case) should be quoted in brackets in the body of the text, specifying the date (Author, 2002). Up to three authors are cited in full (Allard, Hassif and Nabré, 2012), and for more than three authors, use et al. (Stella et al., 2008).

1.4. Appendices
Appendices are written in the same format as the main text.
Appendices appear after the bibliography and are numbered. Each appendix starts on a new page.


1.5. Footnotes
Footnotes should be inserted at the bottom of the page, as in the following example1.
Headings and sub-headings should be numbered according to the tiered system (max. 3 levels): 1., 1.1., 1.1.1.
Tables and figures (numbered) are inserted in the text in the appropriate place.
1 Footnotes are in Times New Roman 11, single-spaced, justified.

1.6. Bibliography
References will be listed at the end of the article, on a page entitled ‘References’ or Biblio-graphy, according to the following standard:

Il est essentiel que la formulation utilisée préserve l'anonymat. Si cela se révèle impossible, utiliser dans le texte ainsi que dans les références bibliographiques la formule : (auteur ou co-auteur, date), par exemple (auteur, 1996). Les références bibliographiques seront complétées une fois la communication acceptée.
